Context

This is a service design of Pasadena Senior Center particularly on the layout and the process for introvert elders to join in the community comfortably. Along with a homepage redesign of the existing website that provide an additional way for elders to get to know the layout, the events, and join the Senior Center online.

My Role

Led the end-to-end development of the project, driving key design decisions and identifying critical opportunities, such as the importance of space redesign for introverted seniors. Spearheaded research and insight discovery, ensuring our solutions were both empathetic and practical. Facilitated team collaboration, guided discussions, and navigated in-class critiques to refine our approach and deliver a cohesive service and website redesign.

Based on our research, we found that more elders are starting to learn the use technology. Providing an additional channel for those elders is also essential, so we decided to redesign the layout and flow of senior center's homepage.
